SERVICES WE PROVIDE
What Our Wheel Alignment Service Includes
01
Pre-alignment Steering and Suspension Inspection
Aligning a vehicle with worn steering or suspension parts is like straightening a picture on a crooked wall. Before we connect the alignment equipment, our Licensed 310S & 310T technicians inspect tie rods, ball joints, control arm bushings, and other steering and suspension components. If something is worn or damaged, we show you the part, explain what it means for your alignment results, and quote any additional work before proceeding. No work is done without your approval. This inspection-first approach is the reason our alignment results hold and our comeback rate stays extremely low.
02
Computerized Alignment to Manufacturer Specifications
Our digital alignment equipment measures camber (the inward or outward tilt of your tires), toe (whether tires point toward or away from each other), and caster (the angle that affects steering stability). We adjust each angle to the exact specifications set by your vehicle's manufacturer for cars, light trucks, and select commercial vehicles. Aligning to these specs rather than generic settings protects your tires from uneven wear, keeps your steering responsive, and maintains the handling characteristics your vehicle was designed to deliver.
03
Before-and-after Alignment Printouts
When your alignment is complete, you receive a printed report showing every measurement before we started and every measurement after the adjustment. Red values on the "before" side show angles that were out of specification. Green values on the "after" side confirm each angle now falls within the manufacturer's range. This printout is your proof that the work was done correctly, and it gives you a reference point for future service visits. Honest, transparent service means you never have to wonder whether the alignment actually happened.
HOW IT WORKS
How We Perform Your Wheel Alignment
Our process is designed so that every alignment is accurate the first time. Each step builds on the one before it, and nothing moves forward without your knowledge and approval.
1
Vehicle Intake and Concern Review
We ask about any pulling, vibration, or uneven tire wear you've noticed, and we note recent events like pothole impacts or suspension work.
2
Steering and Suspension Inspection
Our technicians check all steering and suspension components for wear or damage. If anything needs attention, we show you the issue and provide a quote before any additional work begins.
3
Digital Alignment Measurement
We mount sensors to each wheel and capture precise camber, toe, and caster readings. These initial measurements become the "before" portion of your printout.
4
Adjustment to Manufacturer Specs
Each angle is adjusted to match your vehicle manufacturer's specifications, accounting for your specific make, model, and year.
5
Final Measurement and Printout Delivery
We remeasure all angles to confirm they fall within spec. You receive the before-and-after printout showing every correction that was made.
DECISION SUPPORT
Do You Actually Need a Wheel Alignment Right Now
Many drivers skip alignment after installing new tires or hitting a pothole, assuming everything feels fine. That's the most common and costly mistake we see. Misalignment wears tires unevenly and silently, and by the time you notice the damage, you're replacing tires far sooner than you should.
Recent Tire Change or New Tire Purchase
New tires on misaligned wheels begin wearing unevenly from the first kilometre. An alignment at the time of installation protects your investment.

Suspension or Steering Repair
Replacing components like tie rods, ball joints, or struts changes your vehicle's geometry. An alignment after suspension repair restores proper angles.
Pothole or Curb Impact
A single hard hit can shift alignment angles enough to cause visible tire wear within weeks. If you've hit something, an alignment check is worth the peace of mind.
Visible Uneven Tire Wear or Vehicle Pulling
Feathering on tire edges or a persistent pull to one side are signs alignment is already off. Addressing it now prevents further tire damage.

When Appropriate
-
After every seasonal tire change or new tire installation.
-
Following any pothole strike, curb hit, or collision repair.
-
When you notice uneven tread wear, steering wheel vibration, or the vehicle drifting to one side.
If any of the situations above apply, book an alignment assessment. Our technicians will inspect your steering and suspension first and tell you honestly whether alignment alone will solve the issue or whether other work is needed beforehand.
When Not Appropriate
-
If steering and suspension components are severely worn and need replacement first, because aligning over damaged parts produces inaccurate results that won't hold.
-
If your tires are already worn beyond safe tread depth, because alignment won't restore tread that's already gone.
Book an appointment with us and bring your vehicle to our shop so our team can diagnose and repair the issue.
